Our new hotel complex has great possibilities for expansion that derive from the fundamentals established in the foundation phase: a business model that separates the real estate asset from hotel management. Rental, management and franchising are the 3 business models with which Gruppo UNA operates in the market.

Franchising. A lean and flexible affiliation model. And functional as well.

We firmly believe that flexibility is a value to cultivate. It allows us to best meet the needs of all our guests, adapting as much as possible to their requirements.

We wanted to apply the same flexibility to our affiliation model, to create a lean and diversified structure. We have therefore designed 3 different affiliation models for all hoteliers, with progressively greater commitment for both parties involved.

In this way, Gruppo UNA has defined flexible standards and commitments, able to adapt to the needs of its partners along the way, while guaranteeing at all times the quality level that distinguishes us today. Each entrepreneur will be able to identify with a brand – UNA Esperienze, UNAHOTELS or UNAWAY –  and choose a different affiliation model that reflects and maintains his or her own identity and best fits his/her facility.

Implementation standards, direct and indirect costs are defined at the onset, through clear and essential guidelines that will allow affiliates to deal with a lean and clearly regulated model.
