"UNA cucina" is the restaurant concept created by Gruppo UNA and applied in the directly managed restaurants in the UNA Esperienze, UNAHOTELS and UNAWAY hotels. The 2023 calendar represents our most exclusive invite to discover the flavors of the territory.
A Cake for All Tastes
Giving futher breath to the commitment towards the enhancement of craftsmanship at the table, our hotels enrich the breakfast buffet with a special selection of handmade cakes made by their chef, including every day two proposals typical of the area where the hotel is located. From the Hazelnut Cake of the Principi di Piemonte | UNA Esperienze to the Scarpaccia Viareggina proposed by the Versilia Lido | UNA Esperienze, up to the Crostata di Visciole of the UNAWAY Hotel Empire Rome and the inevitable Pastiera Napoletana of UNAHOTELS Napoli, the initiative invites guests to rediscover the most authentic regional flavors and recipes preserved/treasured in the Italian tradition.

The feast of Sant'Agata, patron saint of the city of Catania, is celebrated every year from 3 to 5 February and represents a real opportunity to rediscover a unique city, its religious and cultural folklore and traditional flavours that never stop impressing.

Tempi di Recupero Week
5th - 15th February
Gruppo UNA joins the Tempi di Recupero Week 2023, the international week that promotes a sustainable world vision starting with food and wine.
For the occasion, the two hotels’ restaurant of UNAHOTELS collection in Bologna - UNAHOTELS San Vitale Bologna and UNAHOTELS Bologna Fiera - are offering a special menu about reuse, joining the awareness against food waste act, promoted simultaneously all over the world and interpreting in a creative way the three founding themes of reuse - the leftovers of the previous day, less-used parts of meat, fish and vegetables, the dishes of tradition and memory.
