In order to comply with art. 13 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679 concerning personal data protection (hereinafter “the Regulation”), here is some information regarding how we process personal data about you.

The information about you that you will provide, including by filling in appropriate forms that you are given (specifically your personal details and contact details: hereinafter "your data"), will be processed by Gruppo UNA S.p.A. in its capacity as data controller, (hereinafter "the Data Controller"), for the purpose of providing you with the service and/or the agreement that you have requested. Your contact details may, if necessary, be used to send you reminders regarding the duration and the efficiency of the service and/or agreement.  The legal basis for processing is the need to implement a pre-contractual measure you requested or a contract to which you are a party.  Failure to provide your information will make it impossible to fulfil your requests.

Your information will be processed using IT and hard copy methods and procedures, strictly in accordance with the aim pursued.  Your information will only be accessible to authorised staff, and only to the extent strictly necessary for their specific role.

Your information will not be distributed and will only be disclosed to external parties who perform certain activities on our behalf and with whom we have special agreements governing the processing of personal information.

Your data will be processed adopting suitable security measures to guarantee the confidentiality, availability and integrity of the data and will be stored for the duration of the service provided and/or of the agreement (1 year).

Privacy laws (arts. 15-22 of the Regulation) guarantee you the right to access personal data concerning you, to have it integrated and/or rectified, if it is inaccurate, to cancel it, if it has been processed unlawfully, and to the portability of the data you have provided, when processed using automated means on the basis of your consent or contractual consent (art. 20 of the Regulation). Privacy laws also give you the right to limit processing, if the regulation's conditions are met, and to oppose processing for reasons relating to your particular situation.  We would like to remind you that you may withdraw your consent at any time; withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before consent is withdrawn.

Your right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Privacy Guarantor, remains unaffected, if you consider it necessary in order to protect your personal data and your rights.
