INFORMATION FOR SUPPLIERS REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with article 13 of the Regulation (EU) n.679/2016 - European Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter “the Regulation”), and in relation to the personal data requested or acquired and which will be processed, we hereby inform you of the following:

Why we process your data and legal basis

Gruppo UNA S.p.a., as Data Controller (hereinafter “Data Controller”), collects and processes your personal data for the following purposes:

• to contact you regarding any future collaboration relationships to be established with you, in order to execute pre-contractual measures adopted at your request.

Data we process and their provision

In pursuit of the aforementioned purpose, the Data Controller will only process the strictly necessary data, such as your identification details (name, surname and tax code), your profession and/or the activity carried out through your company, as well as your contact details. You are free to provide or not your personal data. Failure to provide such data, however, could make it impossible to contact you for the establishment of any future collaboration and/or supply relationship.

How we process your data

Your personal data will be processed with the help of manual, computerized and telematic tools and with logic and methods strictly connected with the aforementioned purposes, always in a way to guarantee the security, confidentiality, availability and integrity of personal data. In the context of their respective functions and in accordance with the instructions received, the data is processed by assigned personnel, always and only for the achievement of the specific purpose described above.

Retention period

Your personal data will be kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve the aforementioned purposes: in particular, for the sole duration of the negotiations.

Data communication and disclosure

The data may be communicated to companies of the Gruppo Unipol[1], if necessary for the pursuit of the aforementioned purpose.

Rights of the data subject and Data Controller

The privacy policy (articles 15-22 of the Regulations) guarantees you the right to access at any time the data concerning you, as well as to their rectification and/or integration, if inaccurate or incomplete, to their cancellation or to the limitation of their processing, if the necessary conditions are met, to oppose their processing for reasons related to your particular situation, to the portability of the data supplied by you, if processed in an automated manner for the contractual services requested by you, within the limits of the provisions of the Regulation (art. 20).

Your right to complain to the Italian Authority, the Privacy Guarantor, remains valid where deemed necessary for the protection of your personal data and your rights thereof.
