To commemorate 500 years since the death of Leonardo da Vinci, there will be two incredible exhibitions dedicated to the artist and inventor. These immersive experiences are bound to be among the best of the Milan Furniture Fair 2019.

From the 6th to 14th April, AQUA. Leonardo's Vision will be on display at the Conca dell'Incoronata. The Conca will feature a water installation with a large LED screen that represents a window looking into the future of Milan. Underneath the water, there will be a wunderkammer or a cabinet of curiosities. Visitors will experience images and sounds of water through the use of cutting-edge technology and feel they are surrounded by the water's energy.

At the fairgrounds, in Pavilion 24, DE-SIGNO will pay tribute legacy to the art of design and craftsmanship of Leonardo da Vinci. Combining film and theatre, it will use images and music to illustrate Leonardo's approach to design. The link between the Renaissance workshops and contemporary design companies today will be examined through artwork and product design.
