UNAWAY Hotel Empire Roma is home to the restaurant Corte di Aureliano Bar & Restaurant by “UNA cucina”, greatly appreciated for its elegant, intimate ambience, where the house chef serves his own take on the best specialities from Mediterranean and international cuisine. It serves the great traditional dishes, with a particular focus on quality and locally-sourced ingredients.
The room is classically inspired, with outstanding architectural elements like the late 19th century vaults with floral decorations, and embellished with winding red and blue lampshades made with Murano glass. When necessary, the room can be transformed into a custom location for banquets and receptions, work lunches and group dinners.
The restaurant is located on the ground floor and is open to all guests: for buffet breakfast (7.00 a.m./ 10.30 a.m.), for lunch (12.30 p.m./ 2.30 p.m.) and for dinner (7.00 p.m. / 10.30 p.m.)

Nestling in the section of the palazzo where carriages were once housed, the cocktail bar is furnished with Philippe Stark items, with cobalt blue walls that contrast distinctly with the red brick vaults, and contemporary paintings and design pieces that all help create an ultra-modern, appealing ambience.
The Corte di Aureliano Bar menu includes snacks, sandwiches and salads for a light lunch, and a wide range of wines, grappas and international spirits.
Our expert bar staff are ready to create your very own personalised cocktails and drinks; and the live piano music playing in the background accompanies all the very best evenings.
The bar is open both to hotel guests and non-residents from 10.30 a.m. to midnight.
The courtyard was created using traditional local materials, like Travertine marble and porphyry. As befits the interior courtyard of a 19th century palazzo, Corte di Aureliano Bar is bedecked with climbing plants and flowers, not to mention a splendid 16th century fountain where the water flows and reverberates.
The courtyard setting makes it a splendid backdrop for elegant, intimate dinners during the summer season, for romantic tête-à-têtes, and for work lunches or relaxing informal breaks. The location is perfect for hosting parties and private events.
The courtyard, located on the hotel's ground floor, is open to both guests and non-residents.
