Pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 - General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter the “Regulation”), we inform you that booking the requested services (hereinafter the “Services”) involves the processing of certain personal data, referring to you and/or any other persons who wish to use the Services, and which you may indicate (hereinafter, the “Data”), by Gruppo UNA S.p.A. (hereinafter “Gruppo UNA”), as Data Controller, whose registered office is in Via Gioacchino Murat 23 – 20159, Milan.

The legal basis for the processing consists of the need to execute a pre-contractual measure requested by you; providing the data is necessary for the purpose set out above.

Any request made via an external booking systems (e.g. via dedicated online platforms) involves the collection of Data by third parties.

The afore-mentioned third parties, who are considered to be autonomous Data Controllers, will communicate the Data to us for the sole purpose of processing your booking request: We encourage you to review the privacy policies that they have made available to you.

Please be informed that the Gruppo UNA will not use the Data for commercial and/or promotional purposes. Any request for your consent for our commercial purposes via the online booking platform (managed by the third party, as an autonomous data controller), shall be understood as not applicable and as a consequence of a technical setting of the afore-mentioned platform where, as defined by the third-party operator, it is not possible to make changes. In this context, we confirm that the Gruppo UNA does not pursue commercial purposes and has not entrusted the third-party intermediary of the booking service to collect specific consent. Consequently, even if you have to fill in the field “I would like to receive special offers and communications from the restaurant by email and SMS” which, as mentioned above, cannot be stopped on the instruction of the operator of the online booking platform, the Gruppo UNA will not process the data for promotional purposes.
