Supplementary customer personal data processing policy
In order to comply with art. 13 and art. 14 of Regulation 2016/679/EU (hereinafter, "the Regulation"), we inform you that to process your request for a service to be provided Gruppo UNA S.p.A., with headquarters in Milan, Via Gioacchino Murat 23, as Data Controller (hereinafter, the "Data Controller"), will process certain personal data that refers to you, in particular regarding your personal details and the service you have requested (hereinafter, "your data"). The legal basis for processing is the need to perform a contract to which you are a party.
Your data may be collected, if necessary, by third parties with whom you have a relationship, or, parties via whom you have made your booking request (for example, online intermediary service providers for booking catering services).
This information is necessary in order to process your request; failure to provide your information could compromise our ability to process your request.
Your information will be processed using methods and procedures in accordance with the above aims, and will only be accessible to authorised staff, adopting suitable security measures to guarantee the confidentiality, availability and integrity of the data. Your data will only be disclosed to third parties when strictly necessary for the above aims and only to parties with whom the Data Controller has entered into agreements to regulate data processing.
Your data will be processed for the time strictly necessary to process your request and subsequently stored for administrative/accounting purposes in compliance with the regulatory terms that are established from time to time (generally speaking, for 10 years).
We would like to remind you that privacy laws (arts. 15-22 of the Regulation) guarantee you the right to request access to your personal data, to have it integrated and/or rectified, if it is inaccurate or incomplete, to cancel it, if it has been processed unlawfully, and to its portability, if the data you have provided is processed using automated means on the basis of contractual performance or your consent. Privacy laws also give you the right to limit data processing, if the conditions are met, and to oppose data processing for reasons relating to your particular situation. You may exercise your rights by contacting the data protection manager – who is also available to assist you with any explanations about the processing of your data - sending an email to the address privacy@gruppouna.it. Your right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority remains unaffected, to protect your personal data and your rights.
