Privacy Policy pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation no. 679/2016

In accordance with Art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter “the Regulation”), we inform you that the personal data you have provided (email address) will be processed in order to send you a newsletter containing information/promotions. The legal basis for processing is your prior free consent.

Providing your personal information is optional; nonetheless, without your information or your consent we will not be able to send you the newsletter.

Your information will not be distributed and will be processed mostly by computerised means, using tools that can guarantee its security and confidentiality; it may be disclosed only to authorised staff with specific instructions, and if necessary to third parties who provide technical, IT and organisational services to us that are strictly necessary to perform the abovementioned activities and with whom we have signed agreements governing the processing of personal information. Your personal information will be stored in full compliance with the security measures required by legislation on the protection of personal data and will be held until you withdraw your consent and in any case for no longer than two years from when you subscribe to the newsletter.

Privacy laws (arts. 15-22 of the Regulation) guarantee you the right to access information concerning you at any time, to have it integrated and/or rectified, if it is inaccurate or incomplete, and to cancel it, if it has been processed unlawfully, and the right to the portability of the information you have provided, when processed using automated means for the contractual services you have requested, within the limits of the provisions of the Regulation (art. 20). Privacy laws also give you the right to limit data processing, if the conditions are met, and to oppose data processing for reasons relating to your particular situation.

We would like to remind you that you may withdraw your consent at any time; withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before consent is withdrawn.

The data protection manager is at your disposal if you have any doubts or require any clarification: you can contact them at the Gruppo UNA S.p.A office mentioned above, and at the address privacy@gruppouna.it which you can also write to for an updated list of data recipient categories, in addition to exercising your rights. Furthermore, your right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Authority, the Privacy Guarantor, remains unaffected, if it is considered necessary in order to protect your personal information and your rights in this matter.
