Dear Customer, In order to comply with articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679 (hereinafter “the Regulation”), we would like to inform you that certain personal data referring to you and/or to any persons indicated by you will be processed when you book so that you are able to use our services.

The legal basis for processing is the need to implement pre-contractual or contractual measures to which you are a party, or to pursue a legitimate interest, in other words to process your booking request, if the processing also involves data referring to third parties indicated by you.

Personal data will be processed by Gruppo UNA S.p.A., with headquarters in Via Gioacchino Murat 23, 20159 – Milan, who will act as data controller for the purposes of processing.

Personal data required to make a booking includes names and address, contact details and/or payment details (hereinafter, “Personal Data”). The e-mail address you provided may be used to confirm your booking and to send you information about the services available at the hotel you have chosen or other notifications required by the law, regulations or other regulatory provisions.

If you use booking services provided by third parties (such as, for example, online reservation/booking service providers), we inform you that Personal Data will be collected by these third parties, who operate, within their competence, as independent data controllers.

You must provide your Personal Data in order for us to be able to process your booking request to use our services; if you do not provide it, we will not be able to continue with your request. 

Your data will be processed for the duration of the booking; if you confirm, data will be stored for the duration of your stay and subsequently for administrative/accounting purposes within the limits established by the relevant laws (generally speaking, 10 years).

Privacy laws (articles 15-22 of the Regulation) guarantee you the right to access data concerning you, to have it rectified, if it is inaccurate or incomplete, to cancel it, if it has been processed unlawfully, and to the portability of the data you have provided, when processed by us using automated means on the basis of your consent or contractual consent. Privacy laws also give you the right to limit data processing, if the conditions are met, and to oppose data processing for reasons relating to your particular situation.

We would like to remind you that you may at any time withdraw the consent you have given; withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before consent is withdrawn.
