The top floor is reserved for the four Penthouse Suites: four exclusive penthouses/rooftop penthouses with large panoramic terraces and jacuzzis.  This unique and exclusive location offers 360° views over the Milan skyline and the Alps, and it's the perfect starting point for exploring the city's modern and dynamic side.

The City Life Penthouse Suite and the Duomo Penthouse Suite look out over the Hotel gardens, with an indoors area of 60 and 94 square metres respectively, and a 76 and 112 square metre panoramic terrace. They feature a large living area, bar cabinet, work area, convenient walk-in wardrobe, and bedroom with king-size bed. The two bathrooms - a small one in the living area and a larger one in the bedroom with free-standing round bathtub and separate large shower in the sleeping area - include a make-up/shaving mirror, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. All flooring is in marble and parquet, and both Penthouse Suites with Garden View feature air-conditioning, mini-bar, safe, desk, phone, double 55" Smart TV with satellite channels and screen mirroring system, and free Wi-Fi.

The four Penthouse Suites and their respective panoramic terraces are completely modular: depending on guests' requirements, two or more suites can be made connecting, and two or more sections of the panoramic terrace can be joined together. 43 m² two-room accommodation with parquet flooring throughout, our Family Rooms feature a bedroom with 180 cm queen-size bed, separated from the living zone, with a sofa and a children's area. Family rooms are specifically designed for families of any size. All rooms can be joined together via connecting doors, for up to a maximum of five rooms. The tall, large windows make our Family Rooms very bright.  With air-conditioning, mini-bar, safe, desk, phone, double 55" Smart TV with satellite channels and screen mirroring system, and free Wi-Fi. The bathroom features a large shower, make-up/shaving mirror, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. Children's items are available on request.

Large 30 to 37 m² rooms with parquet flooring, 90 cm twin beds, 180 cm queen-size beds, or 200 cm king-size beds. Club rooms with view are specifically designed for business guests, with a large desk and multifunction printer in the room.  The large balcony, or tall, large windows, make our Club rooms with view very bright.  Located on the 6th floor, they enjoy a wonderful view over Milan. Our Premium rooms are mostly 26 to 29 square metre corner rooms, many with bright bathrooms and floor-to-ceiling window doors. Located on the 6th floor, they enjoy a wonderful view over Milan. Besides their sophisticated décor, our Premium rooms all have parquet flooring, with 180 cm queen-size beds, sofa, air-conditioning, mini-bar, safe, desk, phone, free Wi-Fi, and a 55" Smart TV with satellite channels and screen mirroring system. The bathroom features a large shower, make-up/shaving mirror, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.

22-24 m² rooms, with parquet flooring throughout, and 180 cm double bed or 90 cm twin beds. Deluxe rooms have a balcony, or tall, large windows, making them very bright. Located on the 6th floor, they enjoy a wonderful view over Milan.  With air-conditioning, mini-bar, safe, desk, phone, 55" Smart TV with satellite channels and screen mirroring system, and free Wi-Fi.
