Syracuse’s new restaurant coordinated by a young chefs interpreter of a typically regional menu in a gourmet style made with local produce. A design that harks back to the style of the '60s, it has a fully exposed cooking station, featuring walls in black and white diamond tiles and black vinyl flooring. Connected to the restaurant there is a new multi-function lounge, also inspired by the '60s, with a DJ station with vinyl only.
Restaurant open every day for dinner except Sundays.
Dinner: from 7.30 pm to 10.00 pm (reservation preferred)

The Sky Roof is Syracuse’s most vibrant and exclusive meeting place. It is the perfect place to meet locals and other travellers.
