The spacious Il Bolognese Restaurant by “UNA cucina” offers traditional dishes from the regional and national cuisine enhanced by contemporary cooking techniques. 

The menus created by the Chef vary periodically, following the seasons, to ensure healthy and appetizing dishes. All our food is carefully selected, with particular attention to the products of this region, like the fresh home-made pasta.
For a quick lunch, a selection of dishes is also available from Monday to Friday.

Breakfast: from 7.00 to 10.30 am
Lunch: from 12.30 to 2.30 pm 
Dinner: from 7.30 to 10.30 pm
