We inform you that your request to hold your booking of our services for twelve (12) hours requires certain personal data (personal and contact details) relating to you (hereinafter referred to as “data”) to be processed. The legal basis is the need to implement pre-contractual measures you have requested.

The data controller is Gruppo UNA S.p.A., with headquarters at Via Gioacchino Murat 23, 20159 – Milan.

The e-mail address will only be used to send you the link and the code to retrieve your booking. Data must be provided for your request to be processed.  Data will be stored for as long as the booking is held (12 hours), after which time, if the booking is not retrieved, it will be deleted.

For all relevant information about the processing of data and your rights, you can consult the Privacy section on the website privacy@gruppouna.it, as well as write to the Data Protection Officer, at privacy@gruppouna.it. Your right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority remains unaffected.
