Everything you need to know about the most anticipated sports weekend of the year

6 Aug 2024

Formula 1 is one of the most followed competitions around the world, and Italy is no exception. In our country, this sport has a huge audience, promoted by the great career of the Ferrari team and the world championships won by numerous drivers with this car.

But that’s not all! Italy is one of the host countries of the Formula 1 World Championship, with not one but two Grand Prix stages: Imola and Monza. The latter is particularly famous as it’s a classic of F1 and the fifth-oldest Grand Prix after those in France, the United States, Spain and Russia.

Since 2013, it has also become the most frequently run race of all time.

With this context, it’s easy to understand why the Monza Grand Prix is an event of immense magnitude, attracting not only the most dedicated fans but also casual enthusiasts and curious onlookers. Beyond the race itself, the Grand Prix weekend energizes the city with events and DJ sets, and it also draws many stars from the world of sports and entertainment.
