Outside the building is a sculpture by the artist Paolo Ballerani from Perugia.

The Enoteca 1579 is located in the residence's original cellar which was built in 1579. More than 500 regional, national and international wines are stored in the cellar. A special hall on the ground floor of the main villa with direct access to the centuries-old park. The elegant meeting room features trompe-l'oeil frescoes by Bruschi from Perugia dating back to the 19th century depicting a winter garden.

The oriental-style motifs, including exotic parrots, reflect the history of the first owners, the CountsDonini, who were involved in flourishing trade with the Near East. The painted escutcheons in the corners depict the coats of arms of the Donini family and related families.

The majestic oval table can comfortably seat up to 20 people for meetings and elegant presentations.

The private theatre of the Donini family, a treasure trove of art and history, with perfect acoustics. Its canvases and ceilings were all painted by Francesco Appiani in the 18th century. Ideal for private concerts, press conferences, and high-level product presentations.

Located on the ground floor of the main villa with access via the villa's large corridor, next to the Sala degli Stemmi, it can be used independently for small meetings or as an office room and for coffee breaks and work groups..
