The restaurant is located on the first floor to guarantee a 180-degree view of the Adriatic Sea. The panoramic windows divide the inside from the veranda terrace where you can enjoy an enthralling sunset on the sea. During peak season the lunch offer is even more abundant, with our meat and fish barbecue: a wide range of fresh products to choose from. Just attend in line, our staff will be happy to serve you. Italy is the land of pizza: every other day it can be ordered. Lunch can be a feast at the Imperial Sport Hotel.
In the evening you can chill out in our restaurant, enjoying your dinner. Entrance is allowed from 7.30 to 8.30 pm. Our maître will take you to your table, where the sound of the waves will take you away. Let our appetizer and vegetable buffet tempt you, while first and main courses will be served at your table by our attentive and qualified staff, according to your preferences. Enjoy the mixture of various sweet treats prepared by our pastry chef. Do not resist! A n abundance of fresh fruit at lunch and dinner, as well as our homemade ice cream will crown your day at the Imperial Sport Hotel.
Our wine list boasts over 100 selections, with a focus on the best wines produced in the Marche region, without forgetting of course the classic Italian wines, to enable the perfect match. All wines are served in bottles and even if you opted for the all-inclusive package, you can make a choice from our red, white and rosé wine.

Our breakfast room on the ground floor ensures a gentle wake up. Panoramic windows allow you to enjoy the Adriatic Sea with all senses. For more privacy you might also like our shady breakfast area poolside. Our sumptuous breakfast buffet – with sweet and salty food – promoting local and regional products, for example biologic honey from Fossombrone and fruit preserves from Cantiano. Our sweet cakes and croissants, as well as our pizza and focaccia (pizza doughs) brought out fresh by our home patisserie.
A special care is given to food intolerances: gluten-free cakes and pastry, soy milk, rice milk and lactose-free milk are displayed on a daily basis and custom-made cakes are available upon request. The main waiter will be happy to prepare eggs and omelette on the guéridon. Vegetable and fruit centrifugal juices complete our offer.
